When and how will my order be shipped?
Unless otherwise specified on the item's description your order will be sent  (Monday - Friday) as soon the day
or day after we received it.  We always ship USPS First Class.  Shipping is free in the U.S.   International please
contact us first.  

What if I want to return the item?
Should you need to return the item please contact us with your concern and return the item  in the condition
received within 7 days of it's arrival.   Your money (including shipping ) will be refunded when we receive the
item.

Will information I send to you be private?
Yes.  All information sent to us for ordering purposes are solely for that purpose.  Should you desire to receive
further emails or mailers from Christensen Studio, you must sign up for them.  We do not add you to any
mailing lists whatsoever. Regarding credit card privacy please visit  Paypal and Propay to learn about their
privacy policies.  

Should you not find an answer to a question, please contact us and we will answer it as soon as possible!

How do I order an item?
In many cases you may simply click on the "add to cart" button and pay the safe
and easy way with Paypal.  Should you prefer another service or the item does not
yet have an "add to cart" button,  you may email us the item you are interested in
and we will send you an invoice from Propay, another credit card service.  In case
you are not familiar with Propay, they are a highly trusted and accredited company
we use for art and trunk shows.
